The conditions apply to flat rolled products for general engineering applications. This part of ISO 6361 specifies among other things requirements to manufacturing process, quality control, chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface finish, dimensional tolerances, conformity with standards, marking, packing and methods of tests, retests, arbitration tests.
