Our presentation for the 2014 ASHRAE/IBPSAconference, Simulating Air Leakage in a WholeBuilding Energy Model An Existing Building Study,summarized our effort to model a building before andafter a window replacement project. We obtained verygood model correlation to actual heating loads using datafrom whole building air infiltration tests integrated withan EnergyPlus Airflow Network object. The followingreviews our process and results.
