Full Description

Heat recovery is prioritized on all wasted heat in both the office and condo towers of Montreal's 35-story Altoria/AIMIA skyscraper. Office spaces are mainly heated and cooled by hybrid heat pumps (HHP) connected to a partial geothermal loop of 15 wells. The office tower's EUI in its first year was 60.3 kBtu/ft2 (684.8 MJ/m2).
