Refrigeration systems account for a significant portion of commercial building energy use and are often the largest energy end use in food and beverage facilities. Thousands of refrigeration systems are installed every year in facilities ranging from convenience stores to large, sophisticated frozen food distribution centers. Properly commissioned systems reduce energy costs, are easier to maintain, help minimize liabilities from refrigeration leaks and reduce loss of product.
