Full Description

Standard 16 prescribes a method of testing for obtaining cooling capacity and airflow quantity for rating room air conditioners and packaged terminal air conditioners. The purpose of this standard is to establish a uniform method of testing for obtaining rating data, specify types of test equipment for performing such tests, specify data required and calculations to be used, and list and define the terms used in testing.
