Jonxion is a 117,918 ft office building near Montreal that uses heat recovery to heat the building without any external energy source. Its energy consumption is only 9.7 kWh/ft (104 kWh/m) annually. This article explores the methods used to design such an energy-efficient building located in such a cold climate.
