Complex Southwest One is a mixed real estate project near Montreal that combined its domestic water network retrofit and construction of a new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) clinic in one project to maximize energy savings, cut first costs of the MRI clinic and preserve the living environment in the complex. This article demonstrates the benefits of combining the two projects and presents the main benefits of the domestic water retrofit project.
