The University of Michigan Health System just opened a new 1.1 million square foot childrenâs and womenâs hospital. The University utilized extensive commissioning from the design phase through completion. This session demonstrates how the commissioning authority played a very large role in preparing for the final inspections and achieving the certificate of occupancy.
