This standard specifies methods of testing for rating the capacity and efficiency of self-contained, mechanically refrigerated vending machines for bottled or canned beverages. The standard defines standard bottle or can storage capacity, establishes uniform methods of testing for determining laboratory performance of bottled and canned beverage vending machines, lists and defines the terms used in the methods of testing, and establishes test conditions for rating.
