Full Description

Did you ever have a project where the chiller was delivered or started well before the projectâs Substantial Completion date? If so, the chiller manufacturerâs warranty may have expired before the âone year from date of Substantial Completionâ required by most specifications. If the chiller was one of the statistical few that failed early, you may have had some unpleasant âdiscussionsâ about who would pay for the chiller repairs.
