In recent years, commercial and institutional building owners have been more willing to invest in dehumidification equipment. Perhaps, they have been sensitized by litigation regarding indoor air quality problems that seem related to moisture. Or, perhaps their interest is prompted by comfort problems caused by the moisture load from higher ventilation rates.
