Full Description
New rating and evaluating parameters were developed for a common base comparison of geothermal district energy system alternatives with the main emphasis on heating and cooling. These parameters, which can evaluate complex, integrated-cascaded district energy systems, are explained by a case study for the city of Aydin in Turkey with 25,000 residence equivalent thermal capacity.
