Reports that the interaction of building lighting and HVAC systems and the effects on cooling load and lighting system performance are being evaluated using a full-scale test facility at the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology. Describes the test facility and measurement methodology, along with some sample test data, results and conclusions.
