States that when a reduced CFC-11 foam formula is instituted to comply with the Montreal Protocol a series of steps is required to implement that decision into general production. Describes the critical elements involved in selecting and implementing a reduced CFC-11 foam system. Also supplies and discusses the critical decision sequence necessary for the integration of a reduced CFC foam system, including an action schematic to define the transition period for the production facility.
