Energy recovery, perimeter heating and flexible ventilation design are among the simple solutions used by a Montreal building to attain significant energy savings. Unlike many modern buildings seeking to reap save energy savings and reflect an awareness of sustainability, this building's design does not incorporate technologies such as solar, wind energy or geothermal.
