Discusses the configuration of a Finnish emulator and presents a method of evaluating BEMS in supervised conditions. The proposed method is based on weighting factors and is intended for general evaluation of the testing of HVAC control systems. The Finnish emulator is said to be one of the most advanced emulators in the world because real process equipment can be connected to it.
