Full Description

Analysis verifies, under conservative assumptions, that a typical low-mass boiler used for space and water heating in an integrated manner outperforms both water heaters with space heating capabilities and separate appliances. Moreover, there are several further refinements, which, if brought into the analysis, would enhance the integrated systemâs performance advantage even further. The current popularity of using water heaters for space heating is at least partially misplaced.
