Full Description

Congress is setting the nationâs annual budget, and gearing up to determine how much taxpayer dollars federal programs will receive in the coming fiscal year. In the meantime, the president has requested an increase in funding for the DOEâs Building Technologies Program, which is significant given a proposed five-year freeze on domestic non-security spending. All of which provides a backdrop to the coming election campaigns.
