100 Howe in Covington, Ky., houses a state-of-the-art call center that includes the largest hybrid UFAD/chilled beam application in the U.S. Electrical energy consumption is 41% less and natural gas consumption is 24% less than a similar building on campus, except for its mechanical and electrical systems. This is an ASHRAE Technology Award.
