Sets out requirements for facilities in passenger lifts which are specifically designed to assist persons with disabilities. Applies only to specific lifts for which a building authority having jurisdiction stipulates the provision of facilities for persons with disabilities, but does not apply to lifts in a sole-occupancy private dwelling.
